The customer portal allows customers to manage their samples online and view the real-time status of their orders. Through secure login credentials, they can access the portal and view information such as sample requests, sample tracking, and order details, providing them with a transparent insight into the progress of their projects.

Another crucial aspect of the customer portal is the ability to access reports and results online. Once the analyses are completed, customers can download the generated reports directly from the portal. This facilitates the quick and efficient processing of data by customers and reduces the effort required for manual report distribution.
